I absolutely love this quote by Mark Nepo! This truth has been speaking to me this week- that truly that most 'aliveness' comes in noticing the small momentary steps that make up a day, a week, a year, a life. It's not uncommon that we get so caught up in the current of what we 'should' be 'doing, that we miss the holy moments of now right in front of us. 

So friends, take note this week. Pause and notice the little things. Say thanks and see beauty in the small steps that open up sacred opportunities. I've been using essential oils this way lately. How? In the everyday things- like cooking with lemon oil, cedarwood for Landon when he's stressed before a business call, frankincense in my moisturizer, thieves oil in my tea when I'm feeling yucky. These are just a few, but it's the little things adding up at the end of the day  that make me FEEL more whole and healed.

1) Young Living has launched a whole Spring line that has cleaning supplies (sooo good), new oils,  skin care items, and more! LOGIN and Check out the site!

2) Our team is growing and our community is really beginning to connect, which personally has been so important to me! I'd love for you to be involved. We have FB groups and weekly classes that are amazing, but if you're not on FB- please message me and we can figure out a way to keep you in the loop. If you are on FB, but aren't part of our FB group, please email me! 

Lastly, I want to give you a tip for the week. Use peppermint oil this week in the morning to wake you up (spike your water, use in tea, rub on temples), and use lavender in the evening to relax you (on your chest, breathe in by cupping hands over nose, diffuse lavender and peppermint, and put 2 drops in your favorite smoothie!). These are a couple of my favs and are like the sweet and sour of essential oils!
